These terms cover your use of aptitudepractice.com ("Aptitude Practice", "we", "us"), operated by Oleksandr Bilohubov. By using the site you agree to them.

What Aptitude Practice is

Aptitude Practice is an independent practice service for pre-employment aptitude tests. Our questions are original and written in the style of tests such as the Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test (CCAT). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Criteria Corp or any test publisher or employer. "CCAT" and "Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test" are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe what our practice material is for.

No guarantee of results

Practice can help you get used to the format and the time limit, but we do not guarantee any score, job offer or hiring outcome. Scores and percentiles shown on the site are estimates for practice only and are not official scores of any test.

Accounts

Your account is tied to your email address. We sign you in with one-time links sent to that address. Keep access to your inbox secure. One account is for one person; please don't share access.

Passes and payment

Paid access is sold as one-time passes: a 7-Day Pass, a 30-Day Pass and Lifetime access, at the prices shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Prices are in US dollars and shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Creem (creem.io), our merchant of record, which handles billing, sales tax or VAT and receipts; the charge may appear under Creem’s name on your statement. We never see your full card details.

Passes are not subscriptions and never renew automatically. A 7-Day or 30-Day Pass gives access for that many days from the moment of payment; buying another pass while one is active adds its days to the time you have left. When a pass ends, paid features stop until you buy a new one; your account and history stay. Lifetime access lasts for as long as the service operates and includes test styles we add later.

Refunds

We refund a pass in full if, within 14 days of the payment, you have barely used it (no more than one full-length test and 40 other questions since that payment) or your employer's test turns out not to be CCAT-style, and at any time if a technical problem on our side keeps you from using it and we can't fix it. Otherwise a used pass is not refundable. The refund policy has the details. A refund removes the access that payment bought. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Records

To prevent fraud and to answer payment disputes, we keep a record of account activity: sign-ins, tests started and completed, purchases and refund requests, with the IP address and device (browser user agent) used. If you dispute a payment with your bank, we may share this record with Creem and the card networks as evidence. See the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Don't copy, scrape, resell or republish our questions, explanations or software; don't try to get around the paywall or disrupt the service; don't use the service for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

The service

We work to keep the site available and the questions accurate, but the service is provided "as is". If you find a question you think is wrong, email us and we'll review it. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll post the new date above and, for paying customers, email you before it takes effect.
