Refund Policy
Last updated: November 1, 2026
Every pass is a one-time payment. We refund it in full in the three cases below. We check usage from our own records of your account, so you don't need to prove anything about it.
1. You've barely used it (within 14 days)
Email us within 14 days of your payment. You get a full refund if, since that payment, you have used no more than:
- one full-length test (50 questions), and
- 40 other questions in total: section practice, mini tests, and full-length tests where you answered fewer than 10 questions.
A full-length test counts once you answer 10 of its questions. A question counts once you answer or skip it.
2. Your employer's test isn't CCAT-style (within 14 days)
If the test your employer sends you turns out to be a different test (for example, a different publisher's assessment or a test from another company), email us within 14 days of your payment and tell us which test you were given. You get a full refund however much you used the site.
3. A technical problem we couldn't fix
If a problem on our side keeps you from using what you paid for, email us. If we can't fix it within 2 business days of your report, we refund you in full.
Other cases
Outside these cases, we don't refund a pass that has been used, because the practice it pays for has been delivered.
Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
How to ask
- Email help@aptitudepractice.com from the address you used at checkout (or include it), so we can find your order. For case 2, name the test you were given.
- We reply within one business day. Approved refunds go through Creem, our merchant of record, usually within 2 business days. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show the money.
- Each payment is checked on its own: the 14 days and the usage limits start from that payment.
- A refund removes the access that payment bought: the pass’s days, or lifetime access.
No subscriptions
All passes are one-time payments. Nothing renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel.
